Our hard case suitcases are backed by a 10 year warranty against manufacturing faults, and selected ranges carry cover of up to 15 years. Normal wear and tear and accidental damage are not included. Where there is a fault we always try to repair the case first, and if a repair is not possible we replace it with the same case or a comparable one. Bring it into any of our nine Auckland stores, or email us photos and your proof of purchase and our team will assess it.

Our hard case shells are moulded from 100% German Bayer polycarbonate for outstanding strength and impact resistance. It flexes on impact and returns to shape rather than cracking, which is why a case that gets thrown around a baggage hold still closes properly on the way home.

Please choose carefully, because we do not refund for change of mind. If you would like to swap all or part of an order, tell us within 7 days of receiving it and we will happily exchange the product or issue an online credit voucher for the same value, valid for 12 months. Items need to come back in their original condition with all labels attached and proof of purchase. You can return online orders by post, or over the counter at any of our stores.
